Competences: Teachers for Tomorrow
Aligned with the Virginia Teachers for Tomorrow program, this course meets the Lynchburg College requirements for EDUC 101 Foundations of Education and EDUC 202 Field Experience. The Teachers for Tomorrow Internship provides placement for advanced studies students who are college bound and who intend to pursue a career in elementary or middle school education. In addition to scheduled training sessions, students work directly with a supervising teacher. The students should be responsible, mature, and exemplify high moral conduct and attitude. Due to coordination time, each school is limited to ten students. Completed application packet is required.
